  • Into the Woods Jr

    July 3- July 14 from 9:00am-3:00 pm – No Camp on July 4 Ages 10 – 13, Two Week Program; Performances:  July 14, 2017 at 1pm & 6pm $500 ($8.30 per hour) Registration, $450 ($7.50 per hour) before February 1, 2017  There is a $20 script fee and all the campers get to keep their scripts!  Be careful what you wish for as Stephen Sondheim’s and James Lapine’s cockeyed fairytale comes to life in this adaptation of their groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning musical.  Into the Woods JR. features all of your favorite characters – Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (and his beanstalk) and the Witch in this lyrically rich retelling of classic Brothers Grimm fables. The musical centers on a baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk.   • 3-2-1 Action

    August 7 – August 18 from 9:00am-3:00 pm Ages 10 – 13, Two Week Program; Screening:  August 18, 2017 at 2:00pm $500 ($8.30 per hour) Registration, $450 ($7.50 per hour) before February 1, 2017  In 3-2-1 Action young performers will take 3 workshops in Acting, Singing, and Dancing each morning. In the afternoon session, performers will choose one of these areas to explore further.  Each special area will work toward a brief performance of their own creation based on a common theme. The Instructors will go over blocking, camera placement, basic acting for camera. We will execute the actual production and performance. 3-2-1 Action provides excellent experiences in Acting, Singing, and Dancing, but it also provide young performers with valuable experience in exploration, collaboration, improvisation, creation, and movement.
