Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES:

All Programs Cancellation Policy (summer camp excluded):

Due to the nature of our programming, we cannot give refunds for missed classes/programs. Once you have completed your purchase, it is assumed that you will be completing the class/program. We understand things can happen and should you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact info@saratogachildrenstheatre.org with your name, class/program purchased and your reason for cancelling. Excessive absence cannot be accommodated and SCT is not responsible to credit or refund these situations to a future class/program.
ALL CANCELLATIONS SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING FEE
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:

Prior to April 1st Full refund minus $25 processing fee.

After April 1st No refunds will be given. No exceptions.

All pre-registration payments must be completed by March 1st.

All regular registration payments must be completed 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp

Check payments written with non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $35 fee.
